My husband and I are Mercedes-Benz owners from Ottawa and we were very lucky to have found the exact car we were looking for as our second vehicle, in pristine condition at Franke Mercedes-Benz. This is a very honest car dealer. We brought our car in twice. The cost of maintenance is very reasonable. There assessment is very honest. They only fix whatever is necessary. I can’t say the same for Audi. Mercedes produces way better cars. This dealer also gives us a loaner. That makes the whole process smoother. We used to go to the Ottawa Mercedes it’s difficult to make an appointment and there’s no loaner. In all I find the mechanics in Quebec are more knowledgeable than those in Ontario.
