My husband and I are Mercedes-Benz owners from Ottawa and we were very lucky to have found the exact car we were looking for as our second vehicle, in pristine condition at Franke Mercedes-Benz. We had the pleasure of dealing with Philippe Toupin who made the experience top notch from initial contact to final sale and beyond. Philippe went the extra mile for us, with many personal touches and accommodated our needs as out of town clients. It is very evident that the culture at Franke is to go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this dealership!
This is a very honest car dealer. We brought our car in twice. The cost of maintenance is very reasonable. There assessment is very honest. They only fix whatever is necessary. I can’t say the same for Audi. Mercedes produces way better cars. This dealer also gives us a loaner. That makes the whole process smoother. We used to go to the Ottawa Mercedes it’s difficult to make an appointment and there’s no loaner. In all I find the mechanics in Quebec are more knowledgeable than those in Ontario.

We stopped because our windshield wiper fluid had frozen and the team at Franke Mercedes-Benz was incredibly helpful. The hospitality and kindness was next level as they not only helped us troubleshoot our problem, but also made sure we were comfortable as we waited. We don’t even have a Mercedes for a car. This dealership offers excellent service!
Incredibly friendly, helpful and generous group of people working at Franke Mercedes-Benz. We stopped in with an issue on a Saturday when the service department was closed, the staff & manager offered to let us come in and help us figure out or problem. Not only were they helpful, they also made us very comfortable during the process. I highly recommend this dealership!
